Flowers that you have received or bought for yourself will look a little drained after it arrives at your premises. Generally, flowers will last between 3 to 7 days depending on how well it’s been looked after. Just follow the steps below to help keep your flowers fresh for longer.
Caring for Bouquets
Step 1: Choose a clean vase
Step 2: Pour water into the vase until it is about 10cm high
Step 3: (OPTIONAL) Add 2 tablespoons of Vinegar and 2 tablespoons of Sugar to the water and mix well
Step 3: Remove the packaging from the flowers if preferred
Step 4: Trim about 2cm from the end of the stems on an angle
Step 5: Place the flowers in the vase
Step 6: Leave the vase with the flowers in a cool place out of direct sunlight
Step 7: Top up with water, remove faded flowers regularly and enjoy!
Caring for Bunches
Step 1: Choose a clean vase
Step 2: Pour water into the vase until it is about 10cm high
Step 3: (OPTIONAL) Add 2 tablespoons of Vinegar and 2 tablespoons of Sugar to the water and mix well
Step 3: Remove the packaging from the flowers
Step 4: Remove any foliage that will be under water
Step 5: Trim about 2cm from the end of the stems on an angle
Step 6: Place the flowers in the vase
Step 7: Leave the vase with the flowers in a cool place out of direct sunlight
Step 8: Top up with water, remove faded flowers regularly and enjoy!
Caring for Container Arrangements
Step 1: Leave the flower arrangement in its container in a cool place out of direct sunlight
Step 2: (OPTIONAL) In a clean jug or watering can, add 2 tablespoons of Vinegar and 2 tablespoons of Sugar with about 1 litre of water and mix well
Step 3: Top up with the water mixture or plain water, remove faded flowers regularly and enjoy!
